485 thousand square meters of housing have been built in Tatarstan

The Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin reported on the progress of housing construction in the Republic of Tatarstan and the provision of housing for certain categories of citizens at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov held a videoconference meeting with all municipal districts. The meeting was attended by Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin.

"Builders are still working ahead of schedule – by the current date, the figures are 108% compared to the level of last year. The 2022 plan has been fulfilled by almost 18%, 485 thousand square meters have been built, - said the head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan. - The greatest fulfillment of the plan is recorded for the social housing construction – by the current date it has been completed by almost 47%, 70 thousand square meters have been commissioned."

More than half of the volume of commissioned housing accounts for individual housing construction. 2,260 houses were commissioned, or 18.1% of the plan. In total, it is necessary to build at least 12 thousand 454 houses in the line of individual housing construction in a year.

The plan for commercial construction has been completed by 12%. 28 apartment buildings with a total area of 110 thousand square meters were commissioned.

Marat Aizatullin reported on housing programs for certain categories of citizens. This year, 677 families are included in the lists of recipients for 4 programs, of which 600 are orphans.

There are 22 recipients in the category "Large families raising five or more children".

According to the housing program for young families, which includes 50 recipients, all 22 municipalities where they live have signed agreements in the "Electronic Budget" system.

There are 5 recipients in the category of internally displaced persons from the Far North and Chernobyl victims in 2022.

The Minister also spoke about the situation in the field of labor protection. According to him, the control and supervisory authorities have begun inspections of the facilities under construction. Since the beginning of the year, 84 inspections have been carried out by the Gosstroynadzor Inspection, following the results of the inspections, 2 resolutions were issued for a total amount of 330 thousand rubles. Self-regulatory organizations conducted 178 inspections.

The Main Investment and Construction Department (GIS) as a state customer, it organized 294 control and supervisory events at its sites. Of the 119 violations identified at construction sites since the beginning of the year, 88 were promptly eliminated.
