Two social mortgage houses were settled in the Sabinsky district

Today, the settlement of apartment buildings erected at the expense of investments of the State Housing Fund under the President of the Republic of Tatarstan took place in the village of Bogatye Saby and the village of Shemordan of the Sabinsky district of Tatarstan.

A housewarming party was celebrated by 39 families of the Sobinsky district. Among the newcomers are participants of the social library and rental housing programs. All apartments in the houses are fully ready for living: equipped with plumbing, gas stoves, fire alarm sensors, water, gas, electricity meters, as well as double-circuit boilers for individual heating.

An apartment building in Rich Sabah is located on the street Tynychlyk, 9 and is designed for 27 apartments. It has three entrances, three residential floors, and the total area of the apartments is 1610.2 sq.m.

The total area of the house in the village of Shemordan (Shkolnaya str., 6a) is 816.3 sq.m.
