In Tatarstan, the capital repair program will include 769 apartment buildings

In the Republic of Tatarstan, the program of capital repairs of apartment buildings this year will cover 769 apartment buildings with a total area of 4 million 700 thousand square meters. The financial volume of the program is determined at the level of 6 billion 441 million rubles. This was announced today at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin.

The President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov held a videoconference meeting with all municipalities. The meeting was attended by Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin.

As the Head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan reminded, the active phase of the implementation of republican programs for the construction and overhaul of housing stock, social facilities and programs in the field of modernization of housing and communal services begins. Of the 31 programs approved by the Orders of the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan, 26 have been approved. Draft Orders for 3 more programs have been submitted to the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Speaking about the program of major repairs of apartment buildings, Marat Aizatullin said that on February 17, a notice was posted on holding an electronic auction for 85 apartment buildings to carry out work on the development of design estimates and replacement of elevators. Documents have not been submitted for another 89 houses.

"In most cases, the main deterrent factor is the lack of minutes of meetings of homeowners," the minister said. - Today this process is optimized as much as possible, meetings are held in electronic form, and voting is carried out in GIS housing and communal services."
