407 thousand square meters of housing were built in Tatarstan – 15% of the plan

To date, 407 thousand square meters of housing have been built in Tatarstan – 15% of the plan. The greatest fulfillment of the plan is recorded for the social housing construction: by mid-February, it was completed by almost 47% - 70 thousand square meters were commissioned. This was announced today at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin.

The President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov held a videoconference meeting with all municipal districts. The Prime Minister of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin took part in it.

The Minister reported that more than half of the volume of commissioned housing accounts for individual housing construction. 1694 houses were commissioned - almost 14% of the plan. In total, it is necessary to build at least 12 thousand 454 houses in a year through the housing and communal services.

The plan for commercial construction has been completed by 12%. 27 apartment buildings with a total area of 108.4 thousand square meters were commissioned.

Work is underway on housing programs for certain categories of citizens. This year, 677 families are included in the lists of recipients for 4 programs, of which 600 are orphans.  According to the program "Large families raising five or more children", 22 families should receive. According to the housing program for young families, 50 recipients are included. The category of internally displaced persons, migrants from the Far North and Chernobyl victims in 2022 is represented by 5 recipients.
