At a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan, Marat Aizatullin, informed about the implementation of national projects. To date, they include 105 construction and repair facilities under 12 federal projects. Agreements with relevant federal ministries and departments have already been signed.
The President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov held a videoconference meeting with all municipal districts. The Prime Minister of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin took part in it.
The passport of the national project "Housing and urban environment" includes 37 objects.
According to the project "Formation of a comfortable urban environment", 27 public spaces need to be updated. Another 6 territories will be landscaped, being the winners of the contest "Small towns and historical settlements".
According to the federal project "Clean Water", this year it is planned to build a water supply system with a water intake node for the city of Nurlat.
According to the national project "Ecology", within the framework of the federal project "Improvement of the Volga", it is planned to recultivate silt fields and continue work on the reconstruction of biological treatment facilities in Kazan. The contract for the reconstruction of biological treatment facilities was signed in January, construction and installation work was completed by 27%. Work is also continuing on a transitional facility - the reclamation of the Samosyrovsky landfill in Kazan, which is being implemented under the federal project "Clean Country".
The national project "Education" provides for the construction of a school for 100 places in the Tukayevsky district under the federal project "Modern School" and the overhaul of 2 gyms in schools in the Apastovsky and Bavlinsky districts of the republic. They are included in the federal project "Success of every child".
Within the framework of the national project "Healthcare" and the federal project "Modernization of primary care" included in it, work will be carried out in two directions. The first is the construction of 29 paramedic-obstetric stations. The second is the overhaul and reconstruction of 20 CRH buildings.
According to the national project "Demography", one object will be built during 2022-2023 – a kindergarten in Kazan.
Within the framework of the national project "Tourism and the hospitality industry", it is planned to improve the territory near the "Tyubetey Tower" facility in the Verkhneuslonsky district.
In addition, with the participation of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic, 5 state programs should be implemented in 2022, which in total include 102 objects. The largest amount of work is to be carried out within the framework of the state program "Development of Education" - in a year it is necessary to carry out major repairs in 66 educational institutions.
The construction of the Russian drama theater "Мастеровые" in Naberezhnye Chelny will continue within the framework of the program "Development of Culture and Tourism".
The list of measures for the integrated development of rural areas includes work on 16 objects. These are the modernization of 5 facilities of engineering networks, the construction of 3 educational facilities and the repair of one rural house of culture, the arrangement of 7 sites for complex housing development.
The state program "Development of the water management complex" includes work on shore protection of the Kuibyshev reservoir in the Kama Estuary. The preparatory stage of the work is scheduled for April this year. It is also planned to repair 14 hydraulic structures in reservoirs.
According to the program "Perpetuation of the memory of those killed in the defense of the Fatherland", 4 military graves must be restored in the republic.
Then the Minister reported on the measures in the field of labor protection. This work is carried out in a continuous mode. Since the beginning of the year, the Gosstroynadzor Inspectorate has conducted 39 inspections at construction sites, self-regulatory organizations - 143 inspections. GIS has organized 286 control and supervisory events at its sites. The identified shortcomings are eliminated promptly: 58 of the 68 violations identified at construction sites since the beginning of the year have been eliminated.
