A board meeting of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan was held today, dedicated to the results of the department's activities in 2021 and plans for 2022. The event was held at the site of the Kazan Expo IEC.
The final board of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan was attended by President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, Deputy Minister of Construction and Housing of the Russian Federation Nikita Stasishin, General Director of the GC - Fund for Assistance to Housing and Communal Services Reform Konstantin Tsitsin, Chairman of the State Duma Committee of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation for Construction and Housing and Communal Services Sergey Pakhomov, First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Nigmatullin.
Before the event, the guests got acquainted with the exhibition presented by SUE Tatinvestgrazhdanproekt and Ak Bars Dom.
The final meeting began with a film on the results of the construction industry in the past year.
The participants of the event were also shown a video message by Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Marat Khusnullin, who congratulated the builders of the republic on the 100th anniversary of the construction industry. Tatarstan builders are one of the leaders in the country, stressed Marat Khusnullin. He also recalled that almost 3 million square meters of housing have been commissioned in the region - this is an unprecedented volume.
The main report was delivered by the Head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin. He noted that the main achievement of 2021 can be called exceeding the values of the pre-2019 year. The volume of construction work amounted to 416 billion rubles, which is 3.5% higher than in 2019 and 7.8% higher than in 2020.
Large-scale housing construction - multi-apartment and individual - has led to an increase in demand for basic building materials. So, at the end of the year, products worth 45.3 billion rubles were produced. The volume of production of building materials in comparison with 2020 increased by 8%.
Summing up the work of the housing and communal services industry, the Minister noted that more than 1,000 facilities worth 5.7 billion rubles were built and modernized within the framework of republican and federal programs. The largest of these projects is the reconstruction of biological sewage treatment plants in Kazan, with a capacity of 650 thousand cubic meters per day, the completion of which is planned in 2024.
During the meeting, Mikhail Afanasyev, the head of the Zelenodolsk district, and Elvira Galyautdinova, Deputy General Director for Sales and Marketing of Suvarstroit, also made a report.
During the board meeting, Konstantin Tsitsin, Director General of the state Corporation - Housing and Communal Services Reform Assistance Fund, handed the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov a copy of the advance payment of the order in the amount of 48.36 million rubles for the modernization of municipal infrastructure.
He proposed to start the modernization of housing and communal services. We have learned how to relocate from emergency housing, we have learned how to overhaul housing, he said, and it's time to move on to a new project – to modernize housing and communal services, Konstantin Tsitsin said.
