This year, the program of capital repairs of apartment buildings will cover 769 residential buildings with a total area of 4.7 million square meters. The financial volume of the program is determined at the level of 6 billion 441 million rubles. This was reported today at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin.

The President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov held a videoconference meeting with all districts. The meeting was attended by Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin.

Marat Aizatullin said that the dynamics of the provision of documents by municipalities to the Housing and Communal Services Fund for the further formation of auction lots remains low. Documents for 112 apartment buildings located in three municipalities have not been submitted.

The orders of the Government of the Republic approve 31 programs for the construction and overhaul of social and cultural facilities, as well as programs for the modernization of housing and communal services. Of these, three draft orders were submitted to the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan. Two programs are under interdepartmental approval and two more programs remain in operation.

The Minister also noted that in January the norm for a month and a half of precipitation fell in Tatarstan. In this regard, housing and communal services and road services have an additional burden on the normative maintenance of the street and road network, yard territories, cleaning the roofs of buildings and structures from snow cover. The number of complaints and appeals of citizens on this issue has increased. February also began with heavy snowfalls, blizzards with an increase in outdoor temperature.

Rustam Minnikhanov instructed the heads of districts and cities to organize the work of housing and communal services enterprises, as well as monitor the quality of snow removal and the elimination of ice from the roofs of houses.
