A meeting with representatives of the delegation of the Perm Region took place in the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan
Representatives of the delegation of the Perm Region visited the Ministry of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan on a study visit. The delegation includes Minister of Housing, Communal Services and Improvement Artem Balakhnin, Minister of Construction Andrei Kolmogorov and Financial Director of the Perm Region Development Corporation Yuri Mazunin. The meeting was held by the First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexei Frolov. He told the guests about the activities of the ministry, national projects being implemented in Tatarstan, state and republican programs for construction, overhaul and reconstruction. “In 2021, the construction industry of the Republic of Tatarstan turned 100 years old. During this time, vast experience has been accumulated in the republic, professional educational clusters and a design institute have been formed and are successfully operating,” — he said. In addition, the First Deputy Minister informed about the housing and communal services system in Tatarstan and about programs aimed at modernizing the communal infrastructure and increasing its energy and resource efficiency. The Minister of Construction of the Perm Region thanked the participants of the event for an open, meaningful conversation. “In Tatarstan, interesting and large-scale projects are being implemented in the field of construction, housing and communal services. We hope that the experience of Tatarstan builders will be useful for us,” — Andrey Kolmogorov noted. During the meeting, the parties also discussed the issues of training young personnel for the construction industry, housing and communal services, the construction and reconstruction of treatment facilities, the implementation of the presidential program "Our Yard" and others. The event was also attended by Deputy Ministers of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Ildus Nasyrov and Ilshat Gimaev, Head of the Department of State Expertise and Pricing of the Republic of Tatarstan for Construction and Architecture Mazit Salikhov, Deputy Executive Director of the State Housing Fund under the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Bulat Gilmanov, Head of the BIM Technology Department State Unitary Enterprise "Tatinvestgrazhdanproekt" Dmitry Polkovnikov, representatives of customer services. The guests arrived as part of a visit by a delegation from the Perm Territory to the Republic of Tatarstan. During the stay, it is planned to visit a number of housing and communal services, construction sites and residential complexes.
