Kazansky Boulevard "White Flowers" became the first Russian public space to be awarded the international EDRA Great Places Awards. The awards ceremony took place on May 23 in Detroit, according to the project developers. White Flowers received an honorary prize in the Space Planning category. “The project is both culturally and ecologically sound, thought out functionally for different groups of residents. When a park appeared instead of a parking lot, new initiatives and additional investments came, including private ones, because the design process was open to everyone and allowed people to turn on,” - the jury members explained their decision.
