A preventive visit in the field of transport security took place at the State Administration of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan
The State Institution “Main Investment and Construction Directorate of the Republic of Tatarstan” hosted a preventive visit by the head of the Transport Security Directorate of the Federal Service for Supervision of Transport, Sergei Igonin, together with employees of the Interregional Territorial Administration of Rostransnadzor for the Volga Federal District. The preventive visit was attended by Deputy Director of the GISU of the Republic of Tatarstan Denis Bikkinin, Head of the Department of Construction of Underground Transport Facilities Alexander Minakov and other officials.
During the visit, mandatory requirements in the field of transport safety were considered in relation to transport infrastructure facilities under construction at the Municipal Unitary Enterprise "Metroelectrotrans", as well as the prescribed administrative measures for non-compliance.
As part of the event, sections of the project documentation “Transport safety during the construction of the Kazan metro facility” were studied. The facility received a positive expert opinion from the FAU “Glavgosexpertiza of Russia” regarding compliance with transport security standards (fencing, checkpoints, video recording) and its implementation at construction sites.
The participants of the preventive visit discussed the possibility of continuing consultations on issues of compliance with the requirements of regulatory legal acts during the construction of Kazan metro facilities in order to increase the reliability of the construction complex and transport safety requirements.
