Construction of social housing houses continues in Salavat Kuper
In Salavat Kuper, in the Mahabbas residential complex, the construction of residential buildings intended for participants in the Social Mortgage program continues.
The technical readiness of the 160-apartment building No. 1-1-1 is 44.4%. The installation of reinforced concrete panels for the 17th floor is underway at the site.
42.1% - technical readiness of 168-apartment building No. 1-1-2. Installation of reinforced concrete panels on the 16th floor is underway.
The 112-apartment building No. 1-1-3 is technically 49% ready. The site is currently being roofed.
Construction of a basement is underway in the 160-apartment building No. 1-2-1. Technical readiness – 17.8%.
In the 112-apartment building No. 1-2-2, builders are installing reinforced concrete panels on the 6th floor. Technical readiness is 30%.
The construction of houses will make it possible to provide citizens with affordable and comfortable housing - this is one of the main goals of the national project “Housing and the Urban Environment”, launched in 2019.
In December, three houses on Ilgam Shakirov Avenue began to be occupied in the Mahabbas residential complex. Buildings No. 20, 20a and 22 were equipped with 168, 112 and 140 apartments, respectively. Housing conditions were improved by the widow of a Great Patriotic War veteran, public sector workers, employees of various enterprises, doctors and others.
