Moving into a new house in Almetyevsk
Today, the occupancy of a house in Almetyevsk, built under the social mortgage program, began. Its construction was completed at the end of November. The new house is located at Avtomobilistov, 7. Employees of PJSC Tatneft will live there.
The building has 7-9 floors and 8 entrances, the total area of apartments (of which 14 are one-room, 153 are two-room and 112 are three-room) is 19.6 thousand sq.m. All apartments are rented in a fine finish, equipped with plumbing, gas and electric stoves, smoke detectors, water, gas, electricity and heat meters.
All entrances to the new building are double-sided (through). Thanks to the applied “yard without cars” concept, the usable area and functionality of the yard have increased. In the courtyard there are playgrounds, sports grounds, as well as green areas and places for recreation.
The house was built as part of the national project “Housing and Urban Environment”.
