A major renovation of the cultural center in the village of Mulma was carried out as part of the implementation of the national project “Culture”. The renovated building houses a library, reading room and assembly hall with a stage for 124 people. The building also houses a recording studio and a cinema hall.
The opening ceremony of the house of culture was attended by Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilnur Nurmukhametov, Head of the Vysokogorsky District Ravil Khisamutdinov, Deputy Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Akhmetov, Deputy Minister of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan Lenar Saetzyanovich and others.
In his welcoming speech, Ilnur Nurmukhametov emphasized that many social infrastructure facilities are built and overhauled in the Vysokogorsk region every year.
“The objects that we are opening today are of great importance for the village residents. Both the cultural center and the secondary school, after major renovations, are equipped with the necessary modern equipment and furniture, and landscaping has been carried out,” the deputy minister said.
