A new socio-mortgage house was built in Almetyevsk
In the city of Almetyevsk, the construction of a new residential building on the street has been completed. Motorists (position A-3). The facility was built for participants of the state program “Social Mortgage”.
The building is brick with external utility networks, insulation and a ventilated facade. Number of floors is variable, 7-9. The building has 279 apartments, the total area of which is 18,774.90 sq. m. m. Number of 1-room apartments – 14, 2-room – 153, 3-room – 112.
Developed infrastructure and the absence of cars within the courtyard spaces provide residents with the opportunity for active recreation and entertainment. There is comfortable access to the entrances from the ground level. There is also a walking boulevard along the perimeter of the block.
The yard is closed to private cars, access is allowed only to special equipment. Entrance and entry into the yard is through gates and a wicket. Parking spaces are located on the north and west sides of the house.
In the courtyard there are playgrounds for children, a sports ground for adults, and spaces for quiet recreation for residents using durable materials to cover driveways and sidewalks.
