Rustam Minnikhanov opened gymnasium No. 107 in Kazan
The official opening of the new educational institution was attended by Rais of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin and other officials.
The gymnasium is located on the street. Sibgat Hakim, the design capacity of the educational institution is 1,224 students. The educational facility was built within the framework of the national project "Education" of the Federal project "Modern School"
The building is equipped with modern classrooms with laboratories and experimental areas, language laboratories, and a conference room with video communication capabilities.
The gymnasium has 22 primary classrooms, playrooms for extended day groups; 48 classrooms for grades 5-11; The sports and fitness complex includes two gyms: a small gym with exercise equipment and a large games gym with equipped locker rooms, showers, including for people with limited mobility, and a swimming pool with two bowls.
There are sports grounds on the territory: football, volleyball, tennis, and a sports ground with exercise equipment.
“This new school is a model for what schools should be like today,” said Rais Tatarstan. – We have been building quite a lot of such schools, but every year they acquire some peculiarities. At the end of the ceremony, Rustam Minnikhanov inspected the new building and got acquainted with the modern equipment installed here.
