The overhaul of Lyceum No. 83 is being completed in Kazan
The overhaul of the Municipal Budgetary Institution “Lyceum No. 83 – Education Center”, implemented within the framework of the federal program “Development of Education”, is nearing completion.
The lyceum is located in a three-story building on Brothers Kasimov Street, building 68. Five years ago, the educational institution was merged with Lyceum No. 95 - now it is a single educational complex. Today there are more than 140 teachers and 2.7 thousand students, and with the arrival of first-graders this year the number of students will increase to 2.9 thousand. In the new academic year, the lyceum will be able to admit an additional 200 students.
Construction readiness is currently 85%. Finishing work is underway on the first and third floors, as well as on the staircases.
