In the village of Sarmanovo, Sarmanovsky district, a 24-apartment building from the State Housing Fund was occupied. Participants of the State Housing Fund's housing programs, including 14 doctors from the local central district hospital, will live there.
The ceremony was attended by First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Nigmatullin, Deputy Executive Director of the State Housing Fund under the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Bulat Gilmanov and other officials.
In his welcoming speech, Rustam Nigmatullin noted that a number of housing programs are being implemented in the republic. Last year, over 3 million square meters of housing were commissioned in Tatarstan. This year the work will continue. “I congratulate all the new residents. Moving into new housing is an important moment in the life of every family,” said the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The four-story single-entrance new building is located at the address: st. Kuibysheva, 88D. Among the apartments, 16 are one-room, 4 are two-room and 4 are three-room. Their total area is 1250.5 square meters. New housing is fully finished, equipped with double-circuit gas boilers, plumbing fixtures, gas stoves, fire alarm sensors, water and electricity meters and automatic gas analyzers.
