Almost 3 million square meters of housing have been built in Tatarstan

According to housing construction programs, the plan for 2022 has been exceeded by 7%. To date, 2 million 954 thousand square meters have been commissioned. This was announced at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic Alexey Frolov.

2 million 102 thousand sq. m. falls on individual housing construction, 747 thousand sq. m. on multi-apartment investment housing and 105.8 thousand sq. m. on houses on social mortgages. 70% of the planned annual volume has been delivered under the social mortgage program.

Of the 4 housing programs for certain categories of citizens, three have been completed to date.  One remains in the work - on residential premises intended for orphans in 10 municipalities. The State Housing Fund is taking measures to register ownership rights for 150 apartments, 39 apartments are still in four social housing houses under construction.
