Major repairs of multi-apartment residential buildings in the Republic of Tatarstan have been completed at 641 facilities

In the Republic of Tatarstan, the implementation of republican programs for the overhaul of apartment buildings and modernization of engineering infrastructure has entered the final stage. This was reported today at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin.

The meeting was held by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. All municipal districts were connected to the meeting via videoconference.

The Head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan provided operational data on programs in the field of education, as well as in the field of healthcare. So, for 44 medical institutions, the situation is as follows. Of the 20 primary-level facilities, contractors have to complete work on 1 facility. Last week, the polyclinic was repaired in the Leninogorsk district. Of the 24 medical hospitals, 12 remain in operation by the current date. The total implementation of program activities is estimated at 96%.

In the "Culture" industry, 6 cultural objects out of 17 planned objects are ready. 4 more works are currently underway. The overall readiness in the direction is 98%.

The two programs in the field of ecology and protection of natural resources include 31 objects. Of these, 6 remain in operation. Assessing their overall readiness, we can state 96% of the planned volume. Over the past 2 weeks, contractors have reported on the delivery of 2 hydraulic structures in the Vysokogorsky and Tukayevsky districts.

There are 4 programs in the republic that follow the line of youth policy. Of these, the repair of youth centers was carried out by 98% of the planned volume. 3 objects are ready, 3 more continue to be updated.

According to the program of repair of children's health camps, construction and installation works are closed by 90%. Of the 6 program objects, 2 have been completed, this week the contractors handed over a health camp in the Atninsky district.

The implementation of the repair program for 15 buildings of Psychological and pedagogical Assistance Centers is 95%. Over the past 2 weeks, the work of two centers in Kazan has been completed.

In addition, a sports facility was commissioned last week – in the Kukmor municipal district. 3 objects out of 23 remain in operation. The total execution of the program is 99%.

According to the Ministry of Social Protection, out of 29 buildings of stationary social service organizations, an object in the Sabinsky district remains in operation. The planned scope of work of the program is closed by 70%.

Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin reported on the progress of work on the overhaul of apartment buildings. According to the State Information System "Monitoring of the housing stock", construction and installation work has been completed by 99.4%. Work has been fully completed on 641 houses out of 753. Work continues on 112 objects.

The Head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan also provided data on the situation with the payment discipline of the population for housing and communal services and the debts of enterprises and organizations for supplied energy resources. "The results of this September show that the level of payment discipline in relation to the same period last year has not changed and remained at the level of 103.3%. The share of payments made in electronic format in the total volume has reached 70.2%," he said.
