In Tatarstan, the housing construction program is 98% complete

In the Republic of Tatarstan, the housing construction program is almost completed. 98% of the planned values have been entered. This was announced at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic Alexey Frolov.

According to the housing and communal services, the plan was implemented by 116% – 14 thousand 463 individual residential buildings with an area of 1 million 952 thousand square meters. 89 MKD were commissioned in terms of commercial development with a total area of 651 thousand square meters, or 71% of the annual plan. 70% of the planned annual volume has been delivered under the social mortgage program.

Within the framework of the republican and federal programs for the construction of socio-cultural facilities and the improvement of public spaces, 3 out of 5 educational institutions remain in operation.

In terms of healthcare, the program for the construction of paramedic and obstetric stations has been completed: all 52 FAP have been handed over. The republican program for the construction of stationary healthcare facilities has also been completed.

In the field of culture, the federal project "Cultural Environment" remains in the works. The overall performance of the SMR is 52%.
