This year, about 4 thousand objects were covered by regional and federal programs and national projects in the Republic of Tatarstan. This was told by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin in the framework of the online forum "100% Tatarstan".

In an interview, Marat Aizatullin noted that more than 3 million square meters of housing were commissioned in 2021. «We are in the sixth position in Russia, the first in the Volga Federal District. Over the past 15 years, we have increased the volume of housing commissioning by 2 times,» he said.

According to him, this year more than 44 republican programs, 8 national projects, 6 state programs are being implemented in the republic. They covered 4 thousand objects, the volume of work amounted to 112 billion rubles.

«The biggest objects that have been implemented this year are 10 schools. The largest of them, with 1501 seats, is located in Naberezhnye Chelny. We have built two schools in Nizhnekamsk, one each in Almetyevsk and Zelenodolsk. The Tatar Gymnasium No. 18 in Kazan was also reconstructed,» the minister said.

Marat Aizatullin also noted that the largest facility was built in Kazan by August 30 – IT Park named after B. Rameev. The area of the object is 49 thousand square meters. meters.
