94% of housing from the annual plan has been built in Tatarstan

At a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan, Marat Aizatullin reported on plans for the implementation of republican and federal programs for the construction of socio-cultural facilities and housing. The meeting was held by the President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.

Of the total volume planned for the year, 94% was commissioned on September 24, which is 2 million 593 thousand square meters. In the line of individual housing construction – 109%. In commercial construction, the performance of annual indicators is 70.5%. Of 148 apartment buildings, 89 objects with a total area of 651 thousand square meters have been commissioned by the current date.

According to the social mortgage program, 70% of the planned annual volume has been delivered. As of today, 23 social care homes have been commissioned, and 33 more are under construction.

As part of the implementation of republican and federal programs for the construction of socio-cultural facilities and the improvement of public spaces, 3 out of 5 educational facilities remain in operation. 45 facilities have been completed in the healthcare sector. For 7 institutions under construction within the framework of federal and republican funds, the work was completed by 67%.

Of the 8 cultural objects included in two federal programs, one remains in operation. In the line of sports, the construction of 4 indoor football arenas out of 6 continues. The total implementation of the SMR under the program is 86%.
