The Ministry of Construction of Tatarstan awarded the winners of the All–Russian competition "The Best estimator - 2022"

On August 19, the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan held a solemn awarding ceremony for the participants of the professional skill contest “The Best Estimator”. Alexey Frolov, First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, opened the award ceremony.

The award ceremony was attended by:

Director of GAU “UGEC RT” Rafar Shakirov; Rector of Kazan State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering Rashit Nizamov; Director of ASRO “Commonwealth of Builders of the Republic of Tatarstan” Ramil Gafiyatullin; head of Samara branch of FAU “Glavgosexpertiza of Russia” Lilia Safiullina.

The competition was first held in 2014, and in 2017 the event received the status of an All-Russian competition. Every year the importance of the contest increases not only for beginners, but also for experienced experts.  The competition is aimed at improving the efficiency of specialists in the field of pricing and estimated rationing in construction. Any practitioner who has the necessary knowledge in the field of pricing and estimated rationing in the construction industry can take part in the competition.

In 2022, 56 participants competed for the victory, including 80% from the regions of the Russian Federation.

According to the results of the competition , the winners were:

The 1st place was rightfully shared by Alfiya Sibgatullina, Head of the Inspection Sector of the Financial Control Department of the city of Baikonur and Tatiana Chaikina, Engineer for Design and Estimate work leading JSC “Chepetsky Mechanical Plant”, Glazov, Udmurt Republic;

2nd place - Yulia Zagrebelnaya - Director of LLC "Construction Company “Leader” Mineralnye Vody, Stavropol Territory;

3rd place - Kirill Leonenko - Head of the estimate Department, Simferopol.

The winners of the 2022 contest Alfiya Sibgatullina and Tatiana Chaikina were awarded with branded gold badges “Best Estimator”, qualification certificates and personal seals to identify the estimate documentation developed by them, as well as monetary certificates.

The winners for the 2nd and 3rd places were also awarded with qualification certificates and cash certificates.
