Ildus Nasyrov took part in the meeting of the Board of the RT State Committee on Tariffs

A meeting of the Board of the State Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan on Tariffs on the topic “Investment activity of regulated organizations in the municipal sphere” was held today in Naberezhnye Chelny. Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Ildus Nasyrov made a report on the implementation of tasks for the development, approval and execution of investment programs in the field of water supply and sanitation.

During the meeting, the Deputy Minister gave data on the volume of water supply and sanitation services sold in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2021, told about the main problems of water supply and sewerage organizations.

“Sustainable water supply and sanitation is a necessary condition for the development of regions. Significant funds are allocated within the framework of state 

programs at the expense of the budget of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tatarstan. However, the state of the utility industry requires the adoption of systematic measures to update fixed assets and the right to develop and approve investment programs for utility organizations cannot be neglected,” Ildus Nasyrov said.

 In total, 2,406 centralized water supply systems are operated in the republic, the design capacity of which is 3 million cubic meters per day. The length of water supply networks is 18 thousand 571 km, of which are dilapidated and require replacement of 5 thousand 930 km or 31.9%. Sewage facilities are represented by 79 drainage systems, wastewater treatment is carried out by 77 treatment facilities. The length of sewer networks is 4 thousand 824 km, of which 38% or 1 thousand 835 km are dilapidated and require replacement.

Within the framework of the event, the participants visited resource-supplying organizations, where they were able to get acquainted with the implementation of planned activities under investment programs.
