The Ministry of Construction discussed the implementation of the Housing Lesson project in schools

Today, Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Ildus Nasyrov took part in the discussion of the implementation of the project "Housing Lesson" in schools of the Republic.

The event was held in the Republican Ministry of Construction. The initiator of the lessons on housing and communal services was the deputy of the United Russia faction in the State Duma from Tatarstan, Marat Nuriev.

He noted that the issue of education in the housing sector is a sore one. “There are questions about the staffing of the industry. When the project from the management company “Cozy House” started in Kazan schools, classes were conducted by experienced housing workers. And we see the need for such lessons to explain to schoolchildren how the housing and communal services system works,” Nuriyev said.

The project is planned to be launched in 2023, as it is necessary to prepare a methodological base. Tatarstan will act as a pilot region, where "Housing lessons" will be launched.

“In every district where there are schools, there are housing organizations, management companies, specialists who are ready to come and start solving the housing and communal services problem within the framework of the school program,” Ildus Nasyrov said.

Within the framework of the meeting, representatives of universities and colleges of the republic made proposals for conducting such lessons to the school, their mechanics, the need to teach children the basics of housing and communal services from preschool age and the relevance of the profession of specialists in housing and communal services.
