A developer from Tatarstan entered the top ten largest developers in Russia

Tatarstan's Suvarstroit was among the largest in terms of housing commissioning. Along with developers from Moscow, St. Petersburg and the Stavropol Territory, the company took tenth place, with a commissioned volume of almost 172,000 sq. m. m.

Suvarstroit improved its position in the rating by 75 points at once compared to last year and became the only developer from Tatarstan represented in the top 10.

In total, the company's portfolio includes nine residential complexes - from the comfort class to the premium segment. In addition, the developer already has a building permit for another 200,000 sq. m. m. of housing.
