Student construction teams will work at federal and regional facilities
In 2022, student construction teams will work at federal and regional facilities. Before starting the employment process, each of the young people will undergo vocational training in their specialty.
During the summer working season, members of student teams are provided with free accommodation and meals, and also receive compensation for travel to the place of employment and medical examination at the expense of the employer. In addition, according to Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 9, 2021 No. 876, members of student labor teams can annually undergo free vocational training in working specialties. Thus, in the spring of 2022, 1,079 young people were trained in 35 professions.
Recall that in 2020, the Youth Employment Portal “Job for the Young” was launched. The project is intended for young people with any level of qualification and who are at any stage of education in educational institutions of higher and vocational education, aged 18 to 35, living in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan. This system allows temporary employment of students on a year-round basis.
Also, in cooperation with the Union "Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Tatarstan" to determine the best organizations in the Republic of Tatarstan engaged in youth employment, a competition was organized "The best organization for student labor teams in the Republic of Tatarstan".
