Capital repairs of social and cultural facilities and apartment buildings continue in Tatarstan

In the Republic of Tatarstan, work continues on major repairs of social and cultural facilities and apartment buildings within the framework of republican and federal programs. This was announced today at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin. The meeting was held by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. The meeting was also attended by Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin.

As Marat Aizatullin noted, traditionally the most extensive work, taking into account republican and federal programs for capital repairs, is carried out in the field of education. In this block, the largest part of the work falls on the overhaul of educational organizations. Today, 119 schools and boarding schools are being repaired. Of these, contractors have 92 objects in operation, the volume of construction and installation work has reached 33%

According to the republican program, the repair of kindergartens has begun. 34% of the work volume has been completed.

In a separate type of work and in the program, the repair of food units in educational institutions has been taken out: work is being carried out at 14 facilities located in 9 municipalities.

According to the program of repair of resource centers, the implementation is 40%.

The second largest and no less important from the point of view of social significance is the healthcare industry. There is traditionally a large amount of work on the modernization of primary medical care – 32 institutions will be repaired this year.

To date, contractors have 14 objects in operation, 6 objects have been completed, of which 2 objects - in the cities of Kazan and Chistopol - this week. The volume of work performed was 70%.

In addition, 60% of the planned volume was closed by contractors at the facilities of the medical hospital overhaul program.

Another area is culture. This year, repairs will be carried out in 10 rural houses of culture, of which 5 are under way, the volume of which amounted to 49%.

Also, work is planned in 7 educational institutions of culture. There are 4 objects in operation, the completion is 37%.

This year, two programs on ecology and protection of natural resources are being implemented, within the framework of which repairs of hydraulic structures, clearing of riverbeds and cleaning of lakes will be carried out. The performance of work on 31 objects is 18%.

3 programs are being implemented through the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan. According to the program of overhaul of the Departments of Agriculture and Food, contractors have to complete 3 objects out of 9. The volume of work is closed by 96%.

According to the repair program of 13 institutions subordinated to the Main Department of Veterinary Medicine, 2 objects remain in operation. This week, 3 facilities were completed in the Aktanyshsky, Apastovsky districts and in Kazan.

In addition, the same block also includes a new 2022 program for the overhaul of 12 buildings of the Rosselkhoznadzor. By the current date, contractors have completed 60% of the planned volume. The first object that was completed here was the branch in Aznakaevo.

The Ministry of Youth Affairs is implementing 4 programs for 30 facilities. The volume of construction and installation work performed in 6 youth centers is 41%.

At the facilities of the program for the repair of children's health camps, the SMR is closed by 43%.

According to the program for the repair of teenage clubs, the situation is as follows: out of 3 objects included in the program, contractors have one left in work – in the Alekseevsky district. The fulfillment for today is 45%. This week, the facility in Zelenodolsk district was completed.

As part of the new program for the overhaul of 15 buildings of psychological and pedagogical assistance centers, construction and installation work has been completed by 44%.

A program for the repair of sports facilities is being implemented through the Ministry of Sports of the Republic of Tatarstan. The planned activities have been completed by 37%. This week, contractors handed over a sports school in the Aznakaevsky district.

The Ministry of Social Protection is carrying out major repairs of stationary social service organizations, where the planned amount of work is closed by 46%. Work has been completed at 16 sites, 5 of them this week.

The following administrative buildings are also being repaired in the republic: municipal archives (55% of the work has been completed), executive committees of rural settlements (4 objects have been completed, 7 are in operation, the CMP is closed by 66%).

The program "Providing the population with drinking water" includes 126 facilities.

According to the "Restoration of street lighting" program, work is being carried out in 200 settlements in accordance with the schedule. Construction and installation works at the level of 27%.

This week, work has started within the framework of the program "Reconstruction and overhaul of gas consumption networks with replacement of boilers in boiler rooms of budgetary institutions". It is planned to carry out work on 40 sites, of which 14 have begun construction work.

15 facilities of engineering networks will be modernized within the framework of the republican and federal programs. The work is organized at all facilities, the SMR has now reached 27%.

The construction of a water supply system with a water intake node for the city of Nurlat is included in the passport of the federal project "Clean Water". Here, the performance of work is estimated at 19%.

Speaking about the implementation of the program of capital repairs of apartment buildings, the minister said that construction and installation works were completed by 20%, seasonal – by 22%. Marat Aizatullin appealed to the heads of municipalities to keep under constant personal control the timing and quality of construction and installation work performed at the facilities.
