The annual contest #AskBuilder starts

The Public Council under the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation, with the support of the Ministry of Construction of Russia, announces the start of the annual competition #Ask the Builder.

This annual competition for the best children's question about construction and industry specialties is being held for the fifth time, and more than a thousand children from all regions of Russia have become its participants. The purpose of the competition is to popularize construction specialties among children and youth. Children from 6 to 14 years old can take part in the competition.

The competition is supported by the Ministry of Construction of Russia, public construction organizations and industry development institutes. It is held within the framework of the project of popularization of construction specialties "I am the builder of the future!" and is included in the plan of events held in accordance with the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation within the framework of the Decade of Childhood in the Russian Federation.

According to the results of the competition, the best questions will be answered by the head of the Ministry of Construction of Russia Irek Fayzullin and the Chairman of the Public Council under the Ministry of Construction of Russia Sergey Stepashin.

Text and video questions are accepted for participation in the competition, which are evaluated by a competent jury in the following nominations:

1. The most original text question;

2. The most original video question;

3. The best question about the history of construction.

Questions are accepted until July 25 of this year through the official page of the contest: in the section "Ask the Builder Contest".

Summing up the results of the competition will take place in early August 2022. The winners will take part in the awarding ceremony as part of the celebration of the Builder's Day-2022.
