Two capital repair programs are close to completion in Tatarstan

Tatarstan Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services Marat Aizatullin reported on the implementation of republican programs for the overhaul of socio-cultural facilities and the overhaul of apartment buildings at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The meeting in videoconference mode with all municipal districts was held by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.

Work on the repair of food units started at 8 facilities in 5 municipalities. The builders also started repairing two secondary schools in Kazan. By 19% of the total amount of work performed within the framework of the "priority activities" program. For the overhaul of stationary social service organizations, the planned amount of work has been closed by 42% - work has been completed at 12 facilities.

The overhaul of children's health camps was carried out by 30%, children's art schools - by 32%, cultural facilities - by 33%, psychological and pedagogical assistance centers - by 34%, youth centers - by 36%, resource centers - by 37%, municipal archives - by 44%, teen clubs - by 60%.

This year, the list of new programs includes work on the repair of 12 buildings of the branch of the Federal State Budgetary Institution Rosselkhoznadzor for the Republic of Tatarstan. The program occupancy rate is 48%.

The construction of 4 objects of the program of overhaul of executive committee buildings has been completed. There are 7 buildings in the building. The SMR is closed by 51%. Contractors have closed 53% of the planned volume of work at the facilities of the capital repair program of inpatient healthcare facilities. The Ministry of Health is also implementing a program of capital repairs of CRH buildings and related institutions. Of the 17 program objects, work is being carried out in 3. Two objects are completed.

Both programs are close to completion. 94% of the work on the overhaul of the Department of Agriculture and Food has been completed. It remains to finish 3 objects out of 9. 95% completed the program of repair of buildings of institutions subordinate to the Main Department of Veterinary Medicine. Work is being carried out on 5 objects out of 13.

According to the program "Modernization of sewage treatment facilities and overhaul of sewerage networks", 6 out of 10 facilities are being carried out. 128 facilities have been included in the program "Providing the population with drinking water" this year, work has begun on 54 of them. According to the "Revival of street lighting" program, work is underway in 165 settlements. Construction and installation works at the level of 22%.

As part of the implementation of the program of capital repairs of apartment buildings, construction and installation work increased by 14%, in the season - by 16%.
