The Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin held a visiting meeting on the issues of recultivation of silt fields of biological sewage treatment plants in Kazan today.
The work on the elimination of the object of accumulated environmental damage that poses a threat to the Volga River is carried out within the framework of the federal program "Improvement of the Volga" of the national project "Ecology".
The total area of fields subject to reclamation on this site is more than 94 hectares. Work has begun on the anti-filtration protection device at the facility.
As part of the project implementation until 2024, it is planned to use geotubing technology for the purpose of dehydration and disinfection with subsequent reclamation. At the end, landscaping and landscaping are planned.
Marat Aizatullin urged builders to make the most of favorable weather conditions and carry out work within the established schedule.
The visiting meeting was also attended by Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexander Shadrikov, Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Rinat Abdullin, Director of Glavinveststroy RT Niyaz Sitdikov, representatives of the Volga-Kama Interregional Department of Rosprirodnadzor, design and contracting organizations.
