The 27th specialized exhibition "VolgaStroyExpo" opened in Kazan
Today, the opening of the 27th specialized exhibition of construction and finishing materials, technologies and equipment "VolgaStroyExpo" took place on the territory of the exhibition center "Kazan Fair". The opening ceremony was attended by Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilshat Gimaev.
As part of the business program of the exhibition, events on topical issues of construction and labor protection will be held this year. Speakers will speak on issues of digitalization in pricing and the new Federal Budget and Regulatory Framework, independent assessment of qualifications in self-regulation in the field of construction, requirements for digital information models and current legislation in the field of occupational safety. A round table on innovative technologies and materials in the housing and communal services system is also planned. Specialists will tell and exchange opinions on the issues of intelligent energy systems in housing and communal services, organization of training, retraining and advanced training for housing and communal services specialists, etc.
Ilshat Gimaev made a welcoming speech at the solemn event. He noted that the past year was a landmark for the construction industry of Tatarstan – it celebrated its centennial anniversary. "Our predecessors laid a solid foundation on which today modern generations of builders create and develop the infrastructure framework of our republic," said the Deputy Head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan.
In his speech, Ilshat Gimaev drew attention to the record figures of housing commissioning last year - with a plan of 2 million 670 thousand square meters. m. more than 3 million square meters were commissioned. "Dozens of construction and capital repair programs implemented today in Tatarstan allow us to load construction capacities, give work to thousands of people, and, most importantly, create decent, comfortable living conditions for our citizens," he stressed.
Then Ilshat Gimaev presented awards to the winners of the republican contest "The best organization for labor protection in the construction industry of the Republic of Tatarstan" in 2021.
Immediately after the opening of the exhibition, the guests got acquainted with the expositions of the participating companies.
The opening ceremony of the exhibition was also attended by Ramil Gafiyatullin, Director of ASRO "Commonwealth of Builders of the Republic of Tatarstan", Marat Rizvanov, Executive Director of the Union of Builders of the Republic of Tatarstan, Dmitry Shevelev, Deputy Chairman of the Union of Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Tatarstan, Yuri Eliseev, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Union of Municipal Enterprises of the Republic of Tatarstan, and Lev, General Director of Kazan Fair LLC Semenov.
Recall that the exhibition "VolgaStroyExpo" takes place from April 20 to 22 at the sites of the Kazan Fair Exhibition Center.
