The new decree of the Government of the Russian Federation reduces administrative barriers in construction

On the basis of a new decree of the Government of the Russian Federation, the validity period of construction permits expiring before August 1, 2022 is extended for a year. Also, the period of use of information in the urban development plan of the land plot for the preparation of project documentation, the issuance of a construction permit and amendments to it, expiring on January 1, 2023, is extended for one year.

In addition, if information about the capital construction object is included in the unified register of expert opinions of project documentation, the provision of a positive expert opinion of project documentation for the purposes of obtaining a construction permit is not required.

Recall that the decree of the Government of the Russian Federation 575 "On the specifics of the preparation, coordination, approval, extension of the validity of documentation on the planning of the territory, urban planning plans of land plots, the issuance of permits for the construction of capital construction projects, permits for commissioning" was adopted on April 2, 2022
