In the Republic of Tatarstan, the annual housing construction plan has been fulfilled by 33% - 915 thousand square meters have been commissioned. This was announced today at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Frolov.

The President of the Republic Rustam Minnikhanov held a videoconference meeting with all municipal districts. The meeting was attended by Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin.

The social mortgage program demonstrates the highest rates of commissioning relative to the planned annual indicators. So with a plan of 150 thousand square meters, a little more than 83 thousand square meters, or 55% of the plan, were commissioned.

4,861 houses have been built under the line of individual housing construction (IHS) - this is 39% of the planned volumes.

In the segment of commercial construction, the annual plan was fulfilled by 19%.

Alexey Frolov said that for 600 recipients from the category of "Orphans", the State Housing Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan signed contracts for the purchase of 179 residential premises.

In the category of "Large families raising five or more children", the financial limits of the current year are fully distributed. We are ready to issue 25 certificates.

In more detail, the First Deputy Minister reported on the implementation of National Projects in Tatarstan. In total, within the framework of 12 federal projects included in them, it is necessary to build and overhaul 105 facilities. The greatest work needs to be carried out on the implementation of the National Project "Housing and urban environment", the passport of which includes 37 objects.

Within the framework of the federal project "Housing", the reconstruction of treatment facilities in the Pestrechinsky district is underway. The object is transitioning from last year.

Within the framework of the federal project "Clean Water", preparations are underway for the construction of a water supply system with a water intake node for the city of Nurlat.

According to the Federal project "Ensuring sustainable reduction of uninhabitable housing stock", 170 people have received new housing today, who were resettled from 64 apartments with an area of 1,964 square meters. meters. In total, 841 people are subject to resettlement from emergency housing this year.

The reconstruction of biological treatment facilities in Kazan continues within the framework of the Federal project "Improvement of the Volga" of the national project "Ecology", the silt fields of biological treatment facilities in Kazan will also be recultivated.

According to the federal project "Clean Country", the Samosyrov landfill in Kazan is being recultivated.

This year, 2 federal projects included in the National Project "Education" are being implemented. This is the "Modern School" project, according to which a general education institution for 100 places will be built in the Tukayevsky district. And the project "Success of every child", within the framework of which 2 gyms are being repaired – in schools of Apastovsky and Bavly districts.

According to the National Project "Demography", construction of a preschool educational institution begins in Kazan.

Within the framework of the National Project "Healthcare", 49 medical facilities included in the federal project "Modernization of primary care" include 34 construction projects and 15 capital repair facilities. 

 According to the National Project "Culture", 11 objects are included in the federal project "Cultural Environment".

According to the National Project "Tourism and the Hospitality Industry", it is planned to improve the territory and build infrastructure for the Tubetey Tower facility in the Verkhneuslonsky district.

As for 6 State programs, the largest of them is the program "Development of Education", according to which 66 schools are scheduled to be overhauled.

According to the state program "Development of Culture and Tourism", the Russian drama theater "Artisans" is being built in Naberezhnye Chelny.

Another 16 facilities include a program for integrated rural development. These are the construction of 3 educational facilities and the repair of one rural house of culture, the modernization of 5 engineering networks and the arrangement of 7 sites for complex housing development.

The implementation of the state program "Development of the water management complex" will be carried out in two directions - repair of 14 hydraulic structures and shore protection of the Kuibyshev reservoir in the Kama Estuary.

According to the state program "Perpetuation of the memory of those killed in the defense of the Fatherland", it is necessary to restore 4 military graves.

Within the framework of the state program "Development of physical culture and sports", it is planned to purchase equipment for sports grounds of schools in the Zelenodolsk district and the city of Kazan.

Alexey Frolov reported on measures to prevent violations of labor safety requirements at construction sites. Since the beginning of the year, the Gosstroynadzor inspection has carried out 353 inspections. 6 resolutions were issued in the amount of 330 thousand rubles.

271 inspections were carried out by self-regulating organizations. The Main Investment and Construction Department (GIS) went to the objects of state and republican programs with inspections 328 times.

The operational pace of elimination of the revealed violations is still maintained: since the beginning of the year, 224 violations of the current requirements have been recorded by all inspectors at construction sites. Of these, 218 have been liquidated to date.
