Marat Aizatullin spoke about the implementation of national projects and state programs in Tatarstan

Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin reported on the implementation of republican programs, national projects, housing construction at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The meeting in videoconference mode with all municipal districts was held by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. The meeting was attended by the Prime Minister of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin.

The Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan is responsible for the implementation of 7 national projects. 12 federal projects provide for the construction, reconstruction or overhaul of 105 facilities. The national project " housing and urban environment" includes 37 objects. The works cover road, municipal and public infrastructure.

In 2022, 67 public infrastructure facilities should be repaired at the expense of federal and republican programs. 27 of them are included in the federal project "Formation of a comfortable urban environment". Six more public spaces are winners of the competition of small towns and historical settlements.

According to the federal project " Clean Water ", this year it is planned to build a water supply system with a water intake network for the city of Nurlat. It is planned to start construction work at the facility in April.

According to the federal project "Ensuring a sustainable reduction in the unsuitability of the housing stock for living ", 841 people need to be relocated. Currently, they occupy 324 premises with a total area of 9627 sq. m. meters.

National project "Ecology". Reconstruction of biological treatment facilities is underway in Kazan within the framework of the federal project "Improvement of the Volga ". The object is portable. Construction and installation works were completed by 31% of the planned volume. According to the federal project " Clean Country " in Kazan, work is underway on the reclamation of the Samosyrov landfill. The performance of the work is 35%.

A number of large-scale events are included in the national project "Education". A general education institution for 100 places will be built in the Tukayevsky district under the federal project "Modern School". Two gyms in schools of Apastovsky and Bavlinsky districts of the republic need to be repaired according to the federal project "success of every child". Another educational facility - a kindergarten in Kazan - will be built according to the national project "Demography".

The national project " Healthcare" and the federal project "modernization of primary care" included 32 medical facilities.

According to the federal project "Cultural Environment " of the national project " Culture ", 10 objects will be built, reconstructed and overhauled.

Another big block of the Ministry's work is the implementation of state programs. This year, 104 facilities are included in six state programs. More than half of them are objects of the state program "Development of Education". By the end of the year, it is planned to overhaul 66 educational organizations. In general, taking into account the republican program of the current year, 119 schools will be repaired.

The Minister also spoke about measures in the field of labor protection. Since the beginning of the year, the Gosstroynadzor inspectorate has conducted 207 inspections. According to the results of control and supervisory measures, six resolutions were issued in the amount of 330 thousand rubles. 210 inspections were carried out by self-regulating organizations.

The Main Investment and Construction Department, as a state customer, organized 307 control and supervisory activities at its sites. Since the beginning of the year, 153 out of 162 detected violations at construction sites have been promptly eliminated.
