Winners and prize-winners of the TOP RC 2022 award in the Republic of Tatarstan have been determined

The TOP RC Award is the largest competition in Russia for residential complexes-new buildings. More than 1 thousand projects from 700-800 developers took part in it. Finalists, prize-winners and winners are determined in 155 nominations. When evaluating each residential complex, the following factors are taken into account: the complexity of the development, the availability of infrastructure, architecture, yard and parking spaces, smart home and much more.

So, in the nomination "The best residential complex-new building in the Republic of Tatarstan, affordable housing", the winner was the residential complex Sunny City SUPER, in Kazan the best residential complex-new building was approved by the residential complex Novye Gorki, the best residential complex-new building in Naberezhnye Chelny became the residential complex Modern.

Residential complexes of the Republic of Tatarstan were also awarded in the federal nominations of the competition. In the nomination "The best project in the Russian Federation, large-scale development of vacant territories", the 3rd place was taken by the My Rhythm residential complex, the 1st place in the nomination "The best residential complex-new building in the Volga Federal District, low-rise buildings" was taken by the Tsarevo Village residential complex (Koshchakovo).

The TOP Residential Complex Award was established in 2019 jointly by the National Association of Housing Developers and profile committees: the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation and the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs.

The awarding of the winners will take place on March 1, 2022 within the framework of the Russian Construction Week-2022 with the participation of representatives of the Ministry of Construction of Russia.
