Marat Aizatullin took part in the All-Russian architectural and construction forum "Kazanysh"
The first All-Russian architectural and construction forum "Kazanysh" has started in Kazan. For three days, leading architects from different cities of Russia, developers, builders will conduct a dialogue, discuss new trends, solutions, materials and approaches in construction and design. The idea of the event, as the chief architect of Kazan, Ilsiyar Tukhvatullina, admitted, was born from the acute request of the developers of the capital of the Republic of Tatarstan for highly professional teams of specialists. “We have a great demand from developers for quality architectural teams. They understand that they need to develop and are looking for architects and city planners who could do their job well. It is very difficult to travel around the country and meet with each team separately - we decided to bring everyone together on one site in order to personally meet the leading architects," - Tukhvatullina emphasized. More than 60 teams of architects took part in the forum, among them such eminent teams as Sergey Skuratov, Alexander Tsimailo, as well as Stanislava Boshkovich, a graduate of KSUAE who works as an architect in London. The head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin called the transition and training in BIM design one of the main tasks of the architectural and construction industry in the near future. According to the decree of the Government of the Russian Federation last year, from January 1 of next year, all projects must be designed and accepted in BIM. “It is necessary to train 1.5 thousand employees of only government agencies to work with BIM-design. We have already started to conduct training courses on BIM technologies. And some of our designers, Giproniiaviaprom, Tatinvestgrazhdanproekt, Ak Bars Engineering are already working in BIM. Moreover, we have already designed and received an examination of educational buildings in Innopolis in BIM, we also designed a swimming pool in the 175th school of Kazan,” - M. Aizatullin said. He stressed that those who directly operate the building know better what changes need to be made, and with the help of BIM construction, changes to the project can be made in a few seconds. “All contractors fulfilling the state order will work in the BIM technology system. It is very convenient if you need to make changes to the facade, install an additional lattice and so on, ” - the minister said.
Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin emphasized that the name of the forum "Kazanysh" is translated as an achievement for a reason. At least over the past decade, he said, the city has come a long way along with the University of Architecture and Civil Engineering, construction companies and developers.
“More than half of the buyers in some new residential complexes are not residents of either Kazan or Tatarstan. This is our level now. And I believe that our initiative [forum] will continue. I believe that this is another good page in the history of our city, this is work, the results of which we will reap in the future for many years,” — Ilsur Metshin said. On the first day of the forum, the participants will discuss the role of the architect in creating the image of the city, the demand for high-quality architectural and urban planning solutions on the market, approaches to creating an ideal environment for life, designing in the historical center of the city, etc. The second day will be devoted to presentations by leading architects and urban planning companies in Russia. According to Ilsiyar Tukhvatullina, the organizers of the forum did not limit the participants, but they should surprised - in the form they themselves consider possible. On December 3, Kazanysh participants will get acquainted with new technologies in construction, innovative materials, which will be presented by leading Russian companies. On the same day, the results of the review competition for the best object in Kazan over the past 5 years will be summed up. 41 companies applied for it, nominating 112 completed projects and project proposals. The winners will be selected in 15 nominations - for example, "Best Public Building", "Best Sports Facility", "New Life of an Facility (Renovation)", etc. A similar competition was held before that in 2017.
