The Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan hosted an annual seminar on changes in legislation in construction
On November 12, 2021, an anniversary annual seminar for representatives of the construction complex was held at the Ministry of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan. This year the seminar celebrated its 25th anniversary. Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilshat Gimaev and Director of the State Autonomous Institution "UGEC RT" Mazit Salikhov made a welcoming speech. Ilshat Gimaev spoke about the current situation in the implementation of federal and republican programs in the field of construction in the Republic of Tatarstan. The event was organized by the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan and the State Autonomous Institution "UGEC RT" for representatives of the professional community in order to fulfill the tasks set for the implementation of state policy in urban planning activities to increase the efficiency of construction and the pace of implementation of facilities, reduce the time frame and reduce administrative barriers, as well as ensure the safety and reliability of construction projects, the transition to the resource-index method for determining the estimated cost and the introduction of information modeling technologies in construction from January 1, 2022. Information on the performance of digitalization tasks in the Russian Federation was presented by Acting Deputy Director of FAU "FCS", Petr Metelkin. Representatives of the UGETS also spoke to the participants. The seminar ended with a briefing with experts and the presentation of certificates of participation in the seminar.
