In Tatarstan, the implementation of republican capital repair programs is gradually being completed. Totally 27 programs include 3.5 thousand objects. 13 programs have already been implemented for 2.5 billion rubles. Such data was announced today at a meeting in the House of Government of the Republic of Tatarstan by the First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexei Frolov. The meeting in the mode of video conferencing with all municipal districts was chaired by the Prime Minister of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin. Alexey Frolov said that today it remains to complete the overhaul in three kindergartens in Kazan, eight medical hospitals, four buildings subordinate to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, four children's health camps, two teenage clubs, three sports facilities and one stationary social service organization in the Atninsky district. Under the program "Provision of the population with drinking water", the planned activities have been fully implemented in 42 municipal districts of the republic. It remains to complete the work in the Nurlat district. Also, the first deputy minister reported on the collection of utility bills. In September, this indicator averaged 103.3% in Tatarstan. This is 0.5% higher than last year. In January-September of this year, the collection rate increased by 0.6% compared to the same period last year and amounted to 98.6%. The average annual level was 99.2%, which is 1.2% higher than the same period in 2020. The amount of debt of the population for housing and communal services as of October 1 amounted to 8 billion rubles. This is almost two months of billing. Tatarstan is one of the regions with the largest share of payments made in electronic format in their total volume. Compared to September last year, it grew by 5% and is 67.2%. Debt for electricity decreased by 55 million rubles over the year. Now it is 69.5 million rubles. The overdue debt of utility service providers to JSC Tatenergo for the supply of heat is estimated at 176 million rubles. The overdue debt for gas by the indicated date amounted to 310 million rubles. Over the year, the amount of debt decreased by 57 million rubles.
