Rafar Shakirov has been appointed as the new Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Service of the Republic of Tatarstan, the relevant document was signed by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin. "To appoint Shakirov Rafar Mirzanurovich from October 21, 2021 to the post of Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan," the text of the document says.
