Kazan Mayor Ilsur Metshin inspected the construction of a preschool located on Bukharskaya Street.
The new kindergarten is designed for 260 children. It is planned to form 14 groups of 12-20 people.
“We met with the builders in the spring and discussed plans for the implementation of the project, then there was only a pit. Today we see an almost finished kindergarten. There is no doubt that by the beginning of the new school year, the construction will be completed. It is very important that the social infrastructure is growing in parallel with the residential complex,” the head of the city noted.
Every day, 225 people and eight pieces of equipment are involved in the site. A pit was dug for the facility on a fenced site, piles were driven in, the foundation with a grillage was poured, brickwork was laid, and stair routes were arranged. Electricity and external water supply were installed. Fourteen playgrounds with shade canopies and two more sports grounds will be equipped on the territory of the kindergarten.
Workers are completing the installation of external sewerage and storm drains. Installation of windows (75%) and roofing (30%), arrangement of entrance groups (38%), and flooring (30%) are ongoing. Ventilation (50%), electrical (35%), internal engineering (31%) and external (41%) networks, as well as heating (12%) have been installed. In the near future, builders will begin installing heating mains and low-current networks.
