As the Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilshat Gimaev stated during a press tour, there is not a single object in the republic whose construction was stopped due to the lack of building materials. According to him, new production facilities are being launched in the republic. And the existing ones are loaded and working at a pace close to the design capacity.
"We conducted an analysis that showed that there are no problems in Tatarstan in all major positions, except engineering, electronics. And there is not a single object whose construction has stopped due to the lack of this or that material. Moreover, if there are situations when, for example, elevators are paid for, but partners from unfriendly countries do not give them away, there are always options along the lines of China, Turkey. And there are many companies in Russia that have good turnover and that will develop. Moreover, now no one will take risks and invest abroad, and there will be money in the country. I think that in our republic, new players will be added to those 400 enterprises for the production of building materials," Gimayev said.
At least 2.7 million square meters of housing are planned to be commissioned in Tatarstan in 2022. By 2030, it is planned to build 28.4 million square meters of housing in the Republic of Tatarstan, including 2.8 million next year, 2.9 million in 2024, 3.1 million in 2025, and so on. In 2029, it is planned to reach 3.5 million square meters of housing in the region.
Answering journalists' questions, Deputy Minister of Construction Ilshat Gimayev said that 5 new enterprises for the production of building materials are being launched in the region. The existing plants, he said, are loaded. "For example, at a brick factory, the brick goes literally "off the wheels." No one has any reserves," said Gimaev.
According to him, the region is working on import substitution of building materials. As of today, analogues have already been found for 26 items from the list, which was formed in the Ministry of Construction of Tatarstan in early March. Gimaev noted that the Ministry of Construction of the region controls the situation by interacting with developers, manufacturers of building materials, as well as federal authorities. The main task, the deputy minister noted, is to prevent construction from stopping.
"The housing program is progressing at a good pace: 1.16 million square meters of housing have already been commissioned today – this is about 41% of the annual task. Moreover, we have handed over 1 problematic object for deceived shareholders – Zhardin residential complex. The trends are not bad, because we have enough reserves that will last for 2 years. At the expense of large developers who have land plots, development plans for at least 5 years, we will carry out plans in 2023, 2024 and until 2030," Gimayev said.
Elvira Galyautdinova, Deputy General Director of #Suvarstroit, said that the company is renting out facilities according to the planned schedule. This year, it is planned to put into operation about 170 thousand square meters of housing, the main part of the keys to the apartments is planned to be transferred to residents by June 30. Now the process is already underway.
"We mainly worked with domestic manufacturers, which are represented at all our facilities. Therefore, there are no failures," Galyautdinova said.
