New social mortgage house built in Arsk

A new residential building located at 18 Baki Urmanche Street in Arsk is intended for participants in the Social Mortgage program. The building was erected as part of the national project Housing and Urban Environment.

The brick building has two entrances and four residential floors. The total designed area of ​​48 apartments is about 3 thousand square meters, of which 12 are one-room, 24 are two-room and 12 are three-room.

The housing is equipped with plumbing, double-circuit individual heating boilers, gas stoves, gas analyzers, water, gas and electricity meters.

Today, participants in housing programs in Arsk will receive apartments - the new 48-apartment building will be occupied.
