A new residential building was built in Chistopol as part of the social mortgage program

A new house was built under the social mortgage program in Chistopol. Address of the new building: st. Shamsutdinova, house No. 18. The facility was issued a conclusion on compliance with the requirements of the design documentation.

The house with external utility networks has 5 floors, 50 apartments with loggias with a total area of 1639.40 sq. m. meters. There are 40 one-room apartments, 10 two-room apartments. The area of the entire building is 2034.20 sq. m. meters.

The house was built as part of the national project “Housing and Urban Environment” and is intended for participants in the state program “Social Mortgage”.
