A youth center is being built in the Moskovsky district of Kazan
In the Moskovsky district of Kazan, on Korolenko Street, a youth center building is being built. Construction of the facility is 83% complete. The monolithic work has been completely completed, the builders have moved on to finishing the premises and landscaping the area. The mayor of the city, Ilsur Metshin, got acquainted with the progress of work.
It is planned to open a teenage club “Yaratam” at the youth center. “Many children and teenagers live in this neighborhood. The nearest teenage clubs are, unfortunately, far away, and with the support of Rais Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, we found the opportunity to build this building. We plan to open a teenage club on Korolenko Street in the winter - at the end of December, beginning of January. It is very important for us that after the opening it is full of life, that after school children receive additional education and develop their talents,” said Kazan Mayor Ilsur Metshin.
800 people a month will be able to study in clubs and sections, and it is planned to cover about 3 thousand people with various events. Classes are planned in programming, dancing, applied arts, 3D modeling, robotics and others.
