More than 160 Nizhnekamsk families received the keys to social housing apartments

In Nizhnekamsk, residents of the 169-apartment residential building No. 92 on Mira Avenue were settled. Participants of the social library program will live in the new apartments. The new building was built at the expense of investments of the State Housing Fund under the President of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The house consists of 10 floors, four entrances, their total area of apartments is 10.2 thousand square meters. All apartments are finished, equipped with plumbing, gas stoves, smoke detectors with a detector, water, gas and electricity meters, heat regulators.

This is the third house built in Nizhnekamsk this year. Prior to that, two houses with 289 apartments in the 34th microdistrict of the city were inhabited by the social library.
