In Kazan, the socipotechny residential complex “Sandugach” was settled

Today, the State Housing Fund under the President of the Republic of Tatarstan issued keys to the new settlers from the apartments of the last three houses of the residential complex "Sandugach" at the addresses: I. Shakirov Avenue, No. 2, 2A and 4.

Construction of the residential complex began in 2020. It consists of 18 houses with 1716 apartments. The first 15 objects are already inhabited. Keys were issued to the residents of the remaining three houses today.

Employees of the public sector and enterprises, young families, medical workers — recipients of grants, as well as orphans settled in the new buildings.

The 72-apartment building No. 4 on I. Shakirova Street has nine residential floors, two entrances. The total area of the apartments (36 of them are two—bedroom, the rest are three-bedroom) is 4.8 thousand square meters.

Single-entrance houses No. 2 and 2A also have nine residential floors, each of them has 108 apartments (54 one-room, 45 two-room and 9 three-room). 

All apartments are fully ready for living, equipped with plumbing and meters.
