Residents of the residential complex "Sandugach" received keys

In the residential complex "Sandugach" (the second quarter of the residential district "Salavat Kupere" of Kazan), the settlement of houses began, 276 Kazan families received keys to new apartments.

New buildings in the residential complex were built at the expense of investments of the State Housing Fund under the President of the Republic of Tatarstan. The apartments are equipped with plumbing fixtures, electric stoves, fire alarm sensors, water meters, electricity meters, heat regulators and an automatic remote data reading system.

In the courtyards of the residential complex, the concept of "courtyards without cars" has been implemented with the placement of gaming, sports, green areas and recreation areas. The new houses will be occupied by employees of the public sector and enterprises, large and young families, medical workers – recipients of grants, orphans, as well as displaced persons from emergency housing and houses that are not subject to major repairs.
