Tatarstan has received more than 2.5 billion rubles for the development of public spaces in five years

Tatarstan has won over 2.5 billion rubles for the development of public spaces in five years by participating in the All-Russian competition of small towns and historical settlements.

This year, the republic received a federal grant totaling 510 million rubles. Six of the seven applications submitted by the republic won. In particular, Yelabuga, Zelenodolsk and Leninogorsk received 95 million rubles each for the implementation of projects, Zainsk - 85 million rubles, Laishevo and Bolgar - 70 million rubles each.

The projects are to be implemented in 2023 and 2024. According to the results of this year's work, specialists of the Foundation "Institute of Urban Development of the Republic of Tatarstan" have compiled a methodological guide for architects and colleagues from other regions.
