Ildus Nasyrov spoke about the most important changes in the housing and communal services system

Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Ildus Nasyrov spoke about changes in the housing and communal services system and new rules of the industry in 2022 at the site of the regional public reception of United Russia.

The Deputy Minister dwelt in detail on the changes in the rules for receiving services provided for the overhaul of common property in apartment buildings, as well as in the interaction of participants in the management of the MCD. The topics of innovations related to the dacha amnesty, punishment and terms for the absence of individual metering devices in the room. The issue of adjusting the investment programs of organizations engaged in regulated activities in the field of heat supply, water supply and sanitation was touched upon.

Ildus Nasyrov in his speech noted the importance of feedback when contacting the Department of citizens:

«On each issue, on each regulatory legal act, we will give a detailed explanation when contacting the Ministry of Construction of Tatarstan», the deputy minister said.
